Refund Policy

Deposits

Deposits are refundable when an appointment is cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Deposits for late cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Services

Completed services are not refundable, but if you have a concern about your service, contact us promptly and we will do our best to make it right.

Products

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within a reasonable period. For hygiene reasons, opened hair products may not be returnable.
